365huat Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 365huat ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and features offered through the 365huat platform, whether accessed via the website at https://365huat.onl or our official mobile app.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 365huat platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Rules, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the 365huat platform and must cease access immediately.

2. Membership Eligibility

• All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility.
• Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

365huat supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and e-wallets listed on the platform's payment page. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 30.00 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your account within minutes once payment is confirmed by the bank or payment provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.00. All withdrawal requests are subject to a successful KYC review. • Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• 365huat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Game Rules

8. Account Termination & Suspension

365huat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Member's own request to close their account.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, 365huat reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings held in that account. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team, and any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after the review is complete.

9. Liability Limits

365huat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
